Document Verification Schedule
Important Note: Applicants listed above must report to the college premises at 12:30 PM on their respective verification dates. Please bring all original documents for the final verification. Additionally, make sure to carry photocopies of the same documents for submission.

- Modelling & Sculpture: 24.08.2024

- Design: Wood & Leather: 24.08.2024
Required Documents:
- Admit Card of BFA Admission Test 2024.
- All the below mentioned documents in original and one (1) attested photocopy.
- Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
- Result of 10+2 Examination or equivalent examination.
- Caste Certificate and EWS Certificate (only for reserved candidates).
- P.W.D. Certificate (only for disabled candidates).
- BPL Card.
- University Certificates (if any).
- Registration Certificate for candidates already registered under University of Calcutta.
- Transfer Certificate for candidates already registered under University of Calcutta.
- Migration Certificate for candidates other than University of Calcutta.
- Aadhar Card.
- All candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination between 2021 to 2023 are required to produce documents of study / studies undertaken in the interim period, until 2024.
- ‘Declaration Form’ to be filled by the candidates and submitted during verification.
Admission Procedure via SBI Collect
Important Note: The above-mentioned list of applicants are hereby selected for provisional admission in B.F.A 1st semester 2024 and they are instructed to take admission through ‘SBI Collect‘ in between 24 August 2024 maintaining following procedures. Those who fails to take admission in due time, their candidature will be liable to be cancelled.
Steps for Payment:
Step 1– Search SBI COLLECT from Google.
Step 2– Select Educational Institution and type “Government College of Art and Craft“
Step 3– From Payment Category select “Admission Fee For BFA“
Step 4– Fill the form and made payment through Net Banking, Rupay Debit Card, Credit card or at any SBI branches through challan.
(Challan should be download from sbi collect at payment page)
Fees Structure of B.F.A 1st Semester (July 24 to Dec 24)
Admission Fee Rs. 75/-
Tuition Fee Rs. 450/-
Pankha Fee Rs. 2/-
Caution Money Rs. 20/-
Payment should be made through SBI Collect only.
